Justin Bieber

  • primary technical liaison with art team

  • graphics optimizations - getting all worlds to 60fps+ and making sure they stayed performant even with multiple art teams adding assets under deadline pressure

  • graphics - researched render pipeline (HDRP) in depth, to make the best possible tech art decisions. identified rendering errors in reflections and lightmap baking and found fixes and workarounds.

  • leadership and education - created wiki and videos for art team

  • technical art direction - chose and evaluated all 3rd party tools for performance and aesthetics: atmosphere, volumetric clouds, lightning, vegetation, etc.

  • graphics programming - created custom render features and effects for HDRP
